Second Step to Whole Foods

For those of you who want to eat more healthy and switch to a whole foods diet, I wanted to share with you the next step I took in this journey. By the way, eating healthy is truly a journey. Just do the best you can for you and your family even if you can not afford to do everything at once. I know. It can get a little overwhelming. Just take baby steps and you will see start to see the difference.

This step is really easy! Just use real butter. No more margarine, parkay, and country crock. Just butter. Your baking and cooking will taste so much better. I promise. Butter is a true healthy fat. It is not processed and made up in a lab with chemicals like hydrogenated oil. Butter will actually help you maintain a healthy weight, because your body knows how to digest it. Healthy fats are necessary to absorb vitamins A, D,E, and K and with the maintenance of hair and nails. Butter is the healthy option and you should not hesitate to switch! Now, grass-fed butter is the best option but at this time I just use plain butter. ( I believe unsalted is the best )
