Baked Buffalo Caesar Salad

A couple of weeks ago I shared a recipe for some spicy baked buffalo chicken. This is the way we like to eat it- on top of a big delicious salad!

This salad is actually a little like the spicy chicken caesar salad you can get at Wendy’s with a few varations. First, the chicken is baked and not fried but still hot and spicy, and I addes some extra veggies of celery and carrots. Then to top it off it has an homemade Caesar salad dressing. If you want you can use any dressing you want homemade or not.

Why don’t you try this delicious and healthy dinner salad? It might just go on your dinner rotation too!
