Simple Pear Maple Smoothie with a Green Option

This pear smoothie is perfect for Autumn! My little ones and I seem to want it every day. It is so smooth and creamy. I love to make these for lunch and add a cup of spinach in it to make it ” green “.

If you are craving all things fall then you need to try this! Using super ripe pears make this extra smooth and creamy. Sometimes in the fall I am baking all things apples and making apple butter and apple sauce and pears end up not getting any spotlight. Not anymore! This smoothie will make you like pears all over again.

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt

1 cup ice

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  2. 2 Divide into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
